David A. Delgado, CGC
Chief Construction Officer

David has served the construction industry for over 20 years; from landmark high-rise projects to property rehabilitations throughout Florida. For David, construction is not a job but a passion.

David’s late paternal grandfather, Antonio Delgado, founded Andelson Construction in 1970 when he arrived to South Florida as a refugee from the Cuban government. After his grandfather’s passing, David acquired the Andelson name and has strived to maintain its integrity and reputation in the construction community.

Prior to reforming Andelson Construction, David worked for several well-known construction companies personally managing the completion of over 1600 commercial and residential units throughout Florida, including rehabilitations, hotels, affordable housing, and luxury condominiums.

David received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Florida International University and is a state Certified General Contractor (CGC 1519748).

Jose began his construction career in 1972, over 45 years ago, working beside his father and helping to build one of the largest and respected privately owned construction companies in South Florida. Jose headed field operations from foundation to turnover and he built lifelong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. After his father’s passing, Jose decided he wanted to create the same opportunities for his children. Andelson Construction was reborn.

After many years of building high-rise condominiums, hotels, government and affordable housing, Jose took a special interest in pool renovations and acquired his license as a Certified Pool Contractor. Jose owned a pool remodeling, maintenance and supply business for a number of years before returning to his true passion, construction. Now, Jose provides a unique benefit to homeowner’s and investors with his well-rounded knowledge in general construction projects and particularly pool build outs and renovations.

Jose’s business and personal philosophy is based on three principles: integrity, relationships and hard work. Jose feels strongly that people should take pride in their work and do so fairly and honestly.
